Enhancement Release 13.5.0 – Licence Lookup Extension to Ontario, Manitoba & Updated Search Results Table & AODA

Licence Lookup Extension:

 The licence lookup functionality has been enhanced to support retrieval of licence records for additional provinces. These improvements increase data accuracy, reduce manual entry for advisors, and ensure that broker profiles remain up to date. All licences added via lookup will continue to be monitored daily by the licence job.

Newly Supported:

  • Ontario – Individual Licences

  • Manitoba – Individual & Corporation Licences

Coming Soon:

  • Ontario – Corporation Licences

  • New Brunswick – Individual & Corporation Licences

Updated Search Results Table

Contract Search – Complete Contract Hierarchy Display

The contract search feature now displays the entire contract hierarchy directly within the search results, allowing users to view all associated contract parties without navigating away from the page. This enhancement provides improved clarity, better visibility, and easier navigation when reviewing contract structures.

Additional Improvements to Search Results Table

The updated search results layout—supporting sorting, pagination, and horizontal scrolling—has been further enhanced to ensure improved consistency and usability across all applicable tables.
This enhanced layout has now been extended to:

  • Contract Searches

  • Licence Searches

  • E&O Searches

Opt Into New Functionality

To begin using the new search results experience, clients must edit their existing saved searches (the same searches from which triggers are built).
Updating the saved search ensures compatibility with the enhanced layout.

Important: Action Required After January 28th

This edit must be completed after January 28th, when the updated search results functionality goes live.

  • If you have existing Saved Searches for Licence and E&O searches, you will need to open each one, click Edit, and then Save to migrate them to the new search results table.

  • If you do not update your existing saved searches, you may experience timeouts when using the sorting functionality.
