Attestation -Foundational Improvements
In preparation for the enhancement release for Attestation which will focus on simplify the advisor experience by retaining previous documentation and responses, we have introduced some foundational changes.
Compliance Documents/Attachments
To facilitate the attestation process and provide additional information to clients we have made the following improvements:
Display both the document name (existing) and date stamp (new) to the Advisor and to clients for each document/attachment
Where an uploaded document has a long name, the full name will only be visible when hovered upon to ensure visual alignment on the page
Standardize the experience when uploading multiple files to mimic the UI experience in other areas of the application
These changes have been applied to display for existing historical documents as well as, new documents when they are added
These changes apply to the following areas to ensure a uniform user experience.
· Onboarding a new Advisor profile
· Edits made to an existing Advisor profile
· During Advisor Attestation
In addition, the document name and date stamp has been added to the Profile History Section to assist in more efficient identification of changes to attachments/supporting documentation

Compliance Questions 42 &43
We have made minor modifications to the text for question 42 to add in the acronyms for AFL & ATF.
Banners are now displayed for question 42 & 43 to reminder Advisors of their disclosure obligations
These changes apply to the following areas to ensure a uniform user experience.
· Onboarding a new Advisor profile
· Edits made to an existing Advisor profile
· During Advisor Attestation
· In the Advisor>Search filter
AODA Compliance
To ensure Apexa’s continual compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), the Radio Buttons for questions in the Sponsorship & Compliance section have been upgraded with the appropriate properties.
