Enhancement Release 12.2.0 -Attestation -Client Experience

Client Experience -Advisor Search: 

Following the changes made in the 12.0.0 & 12.1.0 releases, we have introduced the following enhancements to the Client Experience in the Advisor Search.

These changes have been applied to the primary Advisor>Search only

Contract Status Filter

A new filter has been added to the Search>Advisor search.

This filter will enable clients to further refine their searches or build triggers off their Advisor/Corporation population based on Contract Status.

Clients will be able to use this filter either independently or alongside existing filters to refine results or create triggers.

Clients will be able to select one or more of below contract statuses at a time. 

  • Active

  • Cancelled 

  • Consolidated 

  • Denied by Contracting Party 

  • Downgraded 

  • Downgrading 

  • Terminating 

  • Pending 

  • Rescinded by Advisor 

  • Terminated 

  • Transferred 

  • Vested 

The search result will return Advisors/Corporation records based on the defined criteria 

If no selection is made, the system will default to all statuses    

In order to take advantage of the new filters, clients will need to modify their existing saved searches and triggers according to their needs. By default existing triggers and searchers will default to all status 

View as Primary Filter

We have added an additional 'View as Primary Filter' to be used alongside the Contract Status filter 

This filter was implemented specifically for non-carrier clients (i.e. MGAs) as it will benefit them by allowing them to refine results and receive triggers for Advisors/Corporations based on their relationship status to the MGA.

This allows the MGAs to focus on specific contractors as required.

  • This filter will only be available for selection once the Contract Status filter has been defined. 

  • If YES is selected, results will return Advisors/Corporations for the specified contract status where the MGA is the primary party on those contracts

  • If not selected, results will be returned for all Advisors/Corporations for the specified contracts status 

Clients will be able to use this & the contract status filter independently or alongside existing filters to refine results or create triggers.

In order to take advantage of the new filter, clients will need to modify their existing saved searches and triggers according to their needs. By default this filter will not be applied

This new filter will enable clients search for Advisor's based on the status of their Contracts.  Clients will be able to select more than one Contract status & this filter can be used with existing searches & included in saved Triggers.
