What is Coming in Release 2?
1. Single Advisor Corporation Invitations
There was an issue with this item that was preventing clients from using the single-advisor corporation invitation functionality. This feature is now fully functional.
Which Challenge(s) Does This Help Solve?
(1) All corporations are going through the same set-up despite having very different requirements
(2) The profile set-up process is difficult and frustrating for corporations
2. Ability to Add Multiple Documents for Corporations/Advisors
Corporate representatives and/or advisors will have ability to upload multiple documents instead of requiring them to merge all items together for one file upload
Benefits:
Reduces time and frustration for corporations that have items for which they have to provide multiple files (e.g. multiple corporate documents required)

(2) The profile set-up process is difficult and frustrating for corporations
3. Ability to Add Documents to InTrust Records
MGA or Direct Carrier will be able to add documents to an InTrust profile (copy of licence, E&O, articles of incorporation) prior to sending an invitation
Benefits:
MGAs/Direct Carriers who were emailing documents to advisors/corporate representatives can now just upload these documents right into InTrust on behalf of the advisor
Advisors/Corporate Representatives do not have to upload these files and only have to verify the information entered, greatly reducing the amount of work to set up their profile

(2) The profile set-up process is difficult and frustrating for corporations
4. View and Remove Packages
Clients will be able to view a list of all the packages that have been added to a contract
Clients will be able to remove maintenance and requirements packages that have been added to a contract in error
Benefits:
MGAs/Carriers can see what has been added to a package to determine correct requirements and to assist in troubleshooting
An error in adding the wrong package does not require a full re-contracting

(3) The corporation is too involved in the contracting process
5. Ability for a Corporation to Add a New Advisor
Corporations will have the option to invite a new advisor to their corporation.
Benefits:
Corporation is only involved at the outset of the process - once they've submitted the request they do not need to perform any additional actions, allowing the MGA to act on the request immediately after the advisor onboards/the request is made.
The system intelligently handles all of the existing relationships so that the corporation does not need to know exactly which party to pick in which field
The invitation for a net new advisor is sent automatically by the system instead of manually through InTrust by the MGA
