Overview

In tandem with the previous corporate onboarding enhancements released in January 2021, this release will focus on the onboarding experience to ensure users are clear on what is required for them, and the steps involved when completing a profile in the system. The enhancements will also allow partner organizations and users to attach multiple files and supporting documentation for corporate registration documents (i.e., articles of incorporation), name changes, licences and E&O records to ensure that all the required documentation has been provided.   

To reduce the need for re-contracting, partner organizations have been given increased visibility into which contract packages have been attached to a contract. As well as flexibility to remove requirement and maintenance packages which were incorrectly attached. To onboard advisors more efficiently, corporations have been given the ability to invite advisors and add them to an existing contracting hierarchy themselves thereby cutting down on the back and forth between the corporations, advisors and MGAs to facilitate this process.  

Single Advisor Corporation contract tokens can now be merged into Multiple Advisor Corporations and Advisor profiles.
