InTrust & Contracting -Change Term "Selling Code"

Over the years of developing APEXA, we had lengthy conversations regarding the term “selling code”. It made sense at that time, but having a different outlook on the term now.

Selling code signifies the code number that should be used for new business applications, which is not the case for all contracting levels. This could potentially cause the incorrect code being applied for new business and advisors would be using APEXA to track all contracting information.

We understand that the field “Selling code” is universal between all parties (MGA & Carrier) and carries throughout the APEXA portal, but perhaps we could use something more generic like “code” or “code number”.

InTrust -Freeze Header Row so Column Names Display as you Scroll

In the InTrust/Contracts menus, partners are able to view the full hierarchy of the contracts, as each party has its own column. However, the columns disappear as the user scrolls through the results.

Better user experience.

Helpful when fixing edibility issues.

InTrust -Contract -Improve Extract to Display Information Similar to UI

To better manage legacy contracts and fix eligibility issues in the InTrust/ContractSearch menu, the user can also extract the full list of contracts that are displayed on the screen. However, the layout of the data in the extract is quite different, which makes it even more difficult to manage.

Enhancement helps MGAs complete data cleanup more efficiently

InTrust - Bulk Invitations

Bulk Invitation results cannot be used

Currently on APEXA, there is no way to confirm if an Advisor has completed their profile set up on the UI in in -Trust, the green check mark appears when an Advisor clicks on the " Begin Profile Setup" button after registering and confirming their profile, and the advisor is displayed as imported in In- Trust even when they are yet to complete profile set up.

The client has requested for a feature to be created in In- Trust to allow clients know when a profile set up has been completed on APEXA.
