Assets - Questions -Not All Edits Are Being Saved

Not all edits are being saved when an update is being made to a question settings. This appears to be affecting primary the 'Ask for document upload on' values, fulfillment party and addition of multiple choice questions.

Assets - Questions - When editing a Question, the target party always defaults to Advisor

As a client, when editing a question in an existing package, the fulfillment party for the question should default to the original value to ensure that the correct target party is assigned

If the target party of a question was previously: 

• 'Advisor' when the existing questions is edited, the target party should default to 'Advisor' 

• 'AGA' when the existing questions is edited, the target party should default to 'AGA' 

• 'MGA' when the existing questions is edited, the target party should default to 'MGA' 

• 'Corporation' when the existing questions is edited, the target party should default to 'Corporation' 

• 'Primary' when the existing questions is edited, the target party should default to 'Primary' 

• 'Sub-Corp' when the existing questions is edited, the target party should default to 'Sub-Corp'
