This change has been coded behind a feature flag and will not be enabled in production until client sign-off is obtained

When an advisor makes a change to the supporting documentation for the CLHIA questionnaire (any answer to any question under the 'Compliance' or 'Sponsorship' section of their profiles), the system should recognize that a change has been made and:

• Automatically generate a profile snapshot with the document PDFs available
• Generate a task for the existing triggers 'Compliance/Sponsorship Changed Within (Days)' and 'Compliance/Sponsorship Answer Modified'

The countdown for the 'Next Attestation' date for an Advisor was previously calculated based on the day they started their Apexa profile instead of when their profile was completed. This was resulting in Advisor's having to complete their attestation earlier than the 1 year window.

Going forward the 'Next Attestation' date will calculate 1 year from the day they complete their profile in the system. In addition, the 'Next Attestation' date for existing Advisors has been reset to calculate 1 year from the date they completed their profile

Previous/historical attachments provided for the CLHIA questionnaire by Advisor were unavailable with a 'This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it..." error message.  The inability to access these files was preventing clients from being able to meet internal audit requirements. 

A permanent fix has been introduced to prevent future files from becoming inaccessible and access to all historical documents have been restored
