SIN# updates to 000000XXX if a user who does not have access to view the SIN actions the contract. 

Issue resolved, whereby the SIN# was being overwritten when a user does not have permission to view SIN number, actions the contract. The user should not have access to view the value, but it should not mask the value for other users who do have permission.
