Edit E&O Provider
This change was prioritized by the Governance board in 2023 as an enhancement item, but the cost of this change has been absorbed by Apexa as it will provide significant advisor benefit
- Currently 24% of the E&O records being rejected by the Document Validation team are due to the advisor or corporation selecting an incorrect provider when entering and attaching their E&O record.
- The Document Validation team has access to edit subset of fields on an E&O record submitted through the validation queue. This list has been expanded to include the ‘Provider’ field to reduce the number of rejected E&Os and to improve the overall Advisor experience.
- As usual, Apexa staff will not be able to delete records or attachments
Law 14 -Phase 2B -Bilingual Ad Hoc Questions
- Clients are now able to add bilingual ad hoc questions directly to a contract.
- We are still working on tying this into the bilingual language change process.
- In the meantime if a bilingual ad hoc question is added and is unfulfilled at the time of a contract language change, it will be removed and the contract will be sent back to the client for the question to be re-added.
- This will be resolved in the next release on December 13th, 2023
Branch Codes -Special Characters
- There was previously a system limitation that prevented clients from adding branch codes to Apexa that included special characters even though they were able to add these branch codes in InTrust
- Clients are no longer required to submit requests for data fixes as going forward, the following special characters can be added via either method:
