SD-16856InTrust-EligibilityImprove Warning Messages When Advisor vs. Corp is Not Eligible for Invite

As an MGA user, I'd like to have different warning messages in InTrust between the corporation and the advisor record so I know why they are not eligible

Since we implemented the ability to link an advisor to a single-advisor corp record, it is difficult for the MGA to know why they cannot invite a given corp. All messages mention the "advisor" as not eligible. We need to have different messages to help the MGA user correct their data in Intrust.

SD-12832InTrust-EligibilityIneligible Advisors -Error "Your current contractor context must be implicated on the case..." Not Helpful

The wording on this In-Trust error message is terrible and makes no sense to clients and staff: "Your current contractor context must be implicated on the case before creating it".

  • When a client is first set up in APEXA, they have a company record for themselves that can not be edited or deleted. (I think of it as the "anchor record" for the company, in In-Trust.)
  • When manually adding a contract to In-Trust, this "anchor record" MUST be one of the parties included.
  • If the "anchor record" is not included, clients will get the above error message when they try to save the contract.
SD-12192InTrust-Data SourceAdd Indicator as to How Record was Created (Data Drop or Manually_

Currently in InTrust UI there isn't a way to tell if the contract/advisor record was created through the data load files or if the record was manually created by a user.  This has caused a lot of confusion for clients trying to sort/clean their InTrust for Onboarding.

Add indications/additional info points on the InTrust UI that would assist in validating the record creation/modification.
