| SD-8915 | Trigger -Notifications | Allow Corps to Choose who Receives Which Notifications | Currently, all users on a corporate account receive all email notifications related to that account - e.g. licence/E&O expiring or accepted; new contract request received; contract waiting to be fulfilled; etc. There are no permissions related to receiving notifications. Enhancement suggestion: include permissions related to receiving different types of notifications - e.g. profile related or contract related |
| SD-5198 | Search -Filters | Change "Advisor Name" field to "Target Party" in Search & Results | The contract search criteria screen has a field called "Advisor Name". It actually refers to the whomever is the Target Party of the contract - e.g. you can enter a corporation name here also. Similarly, when the search results are displayed, the column called "Advisor Name" is actually showing the target party of the contract - e.g. advisor or corporation. Changing the field name to "Target Party" would make it clear to users that they can enter an advisor or corporation name in this field...and then we'd want the consistency with search results. Edited to add: also change "Carrier" under Roles section to be "Carrier/Primary" or "Primary Party" |
| SD-2458 | Trigger -Notifications | Only Provide Notifications Generated After 'Notify Me' is Selected | When a user selects the 'Notify Me' option for a trigger, they will receive 'old' notifications as the system looks at date they first 'subscribe' to the trigger and generates all items that were 'unsent' since the subscribed date up until the time they click the 'Notify me' indicator. As such users are receiving a backlog of all triggers that were generated for that period of time. This makes these items look like they are 'new' when in fact they are historical items.. |
