Currently when a clients log issues regarding signing an agreement (failed to get signing URL error), the investigation process is very tedious, limited and time consuming. 

The system error displayed for signing issue with no further context.  One of the investigation methods include looking up the agreement on the OneSpan portal to see the status of the agreement/transaction to understand what the issue could be.

With limited access, only certain team members can query the database to get the Document ID required to search OneSpan portal, there is also no way to easily copy and past the Document ID from PRD terminal server.  The Document ID's are long alphanumeric, special character ID's i.e. "M_BrPdC9kYwHyKfEyaI1dW6DdJY=".

Having the Document ID displayed for each agreement in the UI for easier process of investigation.

The concern is that someone can assign a Q item to themselves and forget about it - its a risk. What happens if this person leaves the company or never checks. their Q This has happened and will continue to happen as its human nature. There's no way for anyone to see that this Q item exists - If its not discovered, we miss SLA's.

We have approximately 250 characters available to provide a comprehensive and clear response. We find that often we run into space constraints. The DV's to provide "whats wrong with the document" and then "what is needed ".

I have found that we are receiving an increase in tickets as our Client's are not clear on what direction to take.

If we could increase the characters to a limit of 300 or as many as we can accommodate - this would be provide the DV's the opportunity to give a more valuable response.

Can you please look into including the APEXA ID in the DV queues search function? 

We search ADV's file continually and it would be so much more efficient and easier if we could just put in the ADV's APEXA ID.  We currently can only search by Queue Item which is not providing as much value as an ADV APEXA ID.   I've attached a screenshot.

Please provide Document Validators with the ability to edit the Verification Status field. This will allow the DV staff to change a rejected status to accepted without impacting our Customer's Journey.

The rejected Queue Items can be a result of coordination of submissions, human error, exceptions, etc. Year to date, we have rejected over 3086 items - most of which had to be resubmitted for approvals.

Currently, we do not maintain a history of the Background check files loaded into the Staff Portal, by APEXA staff. To maintain a record of these documents and any error associated with the uploaded file, a history section will be added to the System>Background Check section of the Staff Portal. This history will capture the name of the file, the file itself, the name of the person who uploaded it, the create date and time-stamp and any associated errors in the file.
