The system error displayed for signing issue with no further context. One of the investigation methods include looking up the agreement on the OneSpan portal to see the status of the agreement/transaction to understand what the issue could be. With limited access, only certain team members can query the database to get the Document ID required to search OneSpan portal, there is also no way to easily copy and past the Document ID from PRD terminal server. The Document ID's are long alphanumeric, special character ID's i.e. "M_BrPdC9kYwHyKfEyaI1dW6DdJY=". Having the Document ID displayed for each agreement in the UI for easier process of investigation. |

If we could increase the characters to a limit of 300 or as many as we can accommodate - this would be provide the DV's the opportunity to give a more valuable response. |
