Enhancement Release 12.14.0 -Improve Contract Search Extract

We've upgraded our Excel report to provide more comprehensive data insights. Previously unpopulated fields will now be enriched with missing information and new information has been added to ensure a more complete and reliable reporting experience. This enhancement improves accessibility and accuracy, allowing users to make more informed decisions with fully populated data

• Advisor Status: Advisors with monitored and unmonitored status  

• Assignee Name: Username of the employee the contract is assigned to.  Visibility for assignee name will depend on the client pulling the excel extract (i.e. if an MGA has assigned an employee, employee assigned to the contract will not be included in the Carrier’s version of the extract

• Supervision Reason: Contract supervision reason  

• Supervision Level: Contract supervision level can only be added by the primary party and visible to the primary party unless it has been marked as public. 

• Number of Parties: Number of parties in a contract hierarchy 

• Primary Party APEXA ID: APEXA ID of the Primary party in the contract 

• Primary Party Name: Profile name of the Primary party in the contract 

• Contract Hierarchy: The following values will populate when the defined party is not the Primary party on the contract 

  • MGA APEXA ID: MGA APEXA ID 

  • MGA Name: MGA profile name 

  • AGA Apexa ID: AGA APEXA ID  

  • AGA Name: AGA profile name  

  • Corporation APEXA ID: Corporation APEXA ID 

  • Corporation Name: Corporation profile name  

  • Sub-Corporation ID: Sub-Corporation APEXA ID 

  • Sub-Corporation Name: Sub-Corporation Name  

  • Advisor Apexa ID: Advisor APEXA ID 

  • Advisor Name: Advisor profile name 

• Branch Codes: Contract Branch codes

  • MGA Branch

  • MGA Code

  • AGA Branch

  • AGA Code

  • Corporation Code

• Tags: Contract tags if added to the contract. Visibility for tags will depend on the client pulling the extract (i.e. if an MGA has tagged an employee, the employee tagged in the contract will not be included in the Carrier’s version of the extract  

• Fund Serv Codes: Fund serv codes if added to the contract 

• Debt Amount: Dollar amount of debt logged against contract  

• Debt Status: Status of debt logged against contract. Will only be visible to the Primary Party until it is made public.  

• Carrier APEXA Id: (Currently column AE, Previously AF) New Name- Primary APEXA Id 

• Carrier Name: (Currently column AF, Previously AG) New Name- Primary Name 

  • The profile name and APEXA ID of the primary party in the contract will be populated in the above fields, regardless of if the primary party is a Carrier or MGA on APEXA 

The columns below have been removed from the report:

• Primary APEXA Id: (Currently column J) Primary APEXA ID will always be the name of the APEXA ID of the Primary party in a contract hierarchy, and will be the same as column AI 

• Primary Advisor Name: (Currently column K) Primary advisor name will always be the name of the Primary party in a contract hierarchy, and will be the same as column AH 

• Primary Advisor Type: (Currently column L) The primary advisor type will always be “Primary” 

For Carriers, primary APEXA ID, advisor name and advisor type will always be populated with Carrier ID, profile name and primary advisor type will always be “Primary” 

For MGAs, primary APEXA ID, advisor name and type will vary to reflect both Carrier contracts and contracts where the MGA is the primary party, but the primary advisor type for each contract will always be “Primary”
