Contracting -Vested/Downgraded Contracts

When legacy vested or downgraded Carrier contracts are imported from InTrust they are automatically assigned to the MGA and the MGAs were previously restricted from forwarding contracts to the Carrier or sending contracts with outstanding requirements backwards to the target or fulfilling parties.

These restrictions have been removed and the MGA can now send contracts forward or backwards as required.

Clients are now able to add requirement or maintenance packages to contracts in a vested or downgraded status. Ad hoc requirements were previously enabled.

The API has been improved to include ad hoc French questions and their responses when added to a contract. Previously, only ad hoc English questions and answers were being included in the API response files

The system has been updated to purge/archive emails into cold storage. Copies of emails can be retrieved at any point when required, but they will no longer reside in the database
