Enhancement Information 

INVITATION INCLUDING ADVISOR AND CORPORATION (“SINGLE ADVISOR” CORPORATIONS) - OUTSTANDING

As some of you may be aware, our “single advisor” corporation invitations (an invitation that includes both the advisor and the corporation contracts) are working when the invitation is the first invitation received by the corporation. Unfortunately, however, if the advisor and/or corporation has received a previous invitation (from ANY party), the second invitation does not work.

Rather than run the risk of people trying to determine when they should or shouldn't use this type of invitation, and have clients stranded in the middle of the process if the exact steps weren’t followed, we’ve just asked people not to use the feature.

We’re working on re-engineering the process so that it will work regardless if another invitation was already received, but unfortunately, it involves a lot of development and testing. We’re trying to balance that with delivering the remaining enhancements while making sure we don’t have any further issues when it is released. Rather than try to release this update separately, this will be released with the remaining enhancements (see schedule below).

RELEASE II - CURRENT STATUS

• We have run into some key areas of the enhancements where complexity was greater than anticipated and no areas where it was less than anticipated. We were also delayed as we dealt with the issues identified above that needed to be investigated and addressed after the first release. 
• We also experienced resource constraints due to unforeseen absences and difficulties presented by remote work during the pandemic. Overall we have been short by an average of 2 resources in comparison to our plan over the course of the project (and will continue to experience this shortage for the duration of our work).
• As a result of these two challenges, we are approximately 2 months behind plan and will reach the end of our budget before we can complete the full scope of the project. 

As a reminder, these items represent the full scope of the enhancement project. Those items in green have already been released (as a part of Release 1). In order to address the delayed schedule and budget constraints, we will be removing item #7 from the scope of the release.

This means that the second release (see schedule below) will include the following:

1. Fix for invitation including both advisor and corporation (fix for the issue from release 1)
2. Adding Documents in InTrust (#4 above)
3. Managing Contract Packages (#5 above)
4. Corporation Adding an Advisor (#6 above)

SCHEDULE

• Release 2 will be released to production on June 23, 2021.
• User Acceptance Testing will occur from May 24 to June 16.
